This website was originally created in 2006 by Peter Deuchar as a public service for local residents and visitors to the Northern Illawarra.
It's not all about Sea Cliff Bridge though, so why not contribute ideas about other destination points in the area or what content should be included in the website?
What tourism improvements could be made? Do you have some news about the Bridge that you want to share?

RESIDENT COMMENTARY
Opinion: Completion of the Maldon-Dombarton rail link is essential to the Illawarra and the National Economy.
Increased Port Kembla Freight Use of the fragile South Coast Commuter Rail Network "How can increased freight use of this aging and flood/slip-prone rail corridor be proposed, considering that there has been a consistent push since 2000 to build fast rail infrastructure linking Thirroul directly with Waterfall to circumvent the acknowledged problems with, and existing rail traffic saturation of, the line through the Northern Illawarra?
Will there be any consideration given to additional noise and operating impacts on residential suburbs that stretch from Wollongong to Helensburgh and beyond, curfews (as currently apply in Sydney), and to the growing number of hapless commuters who will be shunted off the line from time to time?
It is obvious that Port Kembla land transportation infrastructure has not been adequately upgraded prior to Port relocation; completing the Maldon-Port Kembla rail line project (which was commenced in 1984) continues to be of low priority to both State and Federal Governments; and equally obvious that the State Government will ram through any last minute changes to try to make the shift from Sydney ports to Port Kembla work, regardless of all the NSW State Development Committee recommendations and Federal Government Committee submissions!"
